Sensory Garden

Looking for somewhere to relax or catch up with a friend?

Behind the Culture Centre you will find a peaceful garden with accessible paths and seating. You can sit on the bench and listen to recordings of local people telling their stories as you admire the plants in the flowerbeds and in the Physic Garden planters.

The Physic Garden planters connect us to the history of Conwy before the castle was built, when the monks of Aberconwy grew medicinal herbs in this area. Incredible Edible Conwy look after these planters – you can help yourself to herbs and vegetables from them, and from any of their other veg patches and boxes through the town.
