There are a few different ways to renew your items:

Renew items online

To renew your items online, please select Log In or My Account from the menu bar at the top of the screen.

To login you will need:

Your library number – found on your library card (omitting the GWP)

Your 4 digit PIN

If you have forgotten your PIN you can reset it online by selecting ‘Forgotten PIN’ within the ‘Log In’ or ‘My Account’ box.

Your PIN can only be reset online if your current email address has been added to your library account. If not please contact the library.

Renew by phone

Call: 01492 576139

You will need your library number – found on your library card (omitting the GWP)

Renew in person

You can visit any library to renew your items. You will need your library card and the item

Remember to have your Library Card ready when renewing.

Renewal limits

Books

Provided there are no outstanding requests for an item, books may be renewed five times.

DVDs

DVDs are issued for one week, additional hire charges will apply when they are renewed.
