DVDs

We charge £2.20 per week for borrowing our DVDs. If the DVD is overdue, we charge a further £2.20 per week (or part of a week).

Printing and photocopying

We have printing facilities in all our libraries, and photocopying in Abergele, Colwyn Bay, Conwy, Llandudno and Llanrwst.

A4 black and white – 25p per sheet

A4 colour – 65p per sheet

A3 black and white – 35p per sheet

A3 colour - £1.10 per sheet

Microfilm printing, available at Colwyn Bay and Llandudno, costs 65p per A4 sheet and £1.30 per A3 sheet (black and white only).

Requesting items

If you can’t find the title you are looking for in North Wales, we can search libraries across Wales for you. Requesting a title from within Wales is free of charge. We can also search libraries outside of Wales, and placing an Inter-Library Loan request costs £12.00 per item.

Lost, stolen or damaged items

If an item is lost, stolen or damaged while on loan to you, we will charge based on the actual cost of replacement, plus a £7.00 processing fee. If the item belongs to another library service, we will charge based upon the lending library’s policy, plus a processing fee.

Replacing your Library Card

If you lose or damage your Library Card, and need a replacement, it costs £2.20 for adults and £1.60 for children under 16.
